First responders arrived swiftly, and members of the Broken Arrow Fire Department worked urgently to retrieve Maston from the wreckage. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at 2:46 a.m., marking a devastating end to a life that held meaning, history, and connection far beyond that moment.
